The Tampa Bay Rugby Youth Foundation is committed to growing the game of rugby across the Tampa Bay area by introducing it to youth of all backgrounds, with focused engagements in schools at all levels and with local area rugby clubs’ youth programs. We will work tirelessly to make rugby accessible, inclusive, and empowering—developing not only skilled athletes, but strong individuals and future leaders.
Our emphasis is to use the power of rugby to build character, resilience, physical fitness and a sense of community. Our team will support and provide structured coaching, mentorship, and competition while instilling the values of respect, discipline, and perseverance—hallmarks of the rugby culture.
In addition, we are committed to promoting drug education and awareness, helping young people make informed, healthy choices and avoid the dangers of substance abuse. By combining sport with life skills and positive guidance, we strive to create a safe and supportive environment where youth can thrive both on and off the field.
